Survey and Land Records
In this district, there are 763 villages covering in 12 taluks of land records details has been computerized. Government of tamilnadu has been given facilities to the land holders for viewing A-register and chitta details in the website http://eservices.tn.gov.in
FMBs of all villages in respect of 12 taluks in pudukkottai district already computerized. FMB of Pudukkottai and Gandharvakottai taluks are online on pilot basis. Therefore, facility has been available to view and take printouts by the public in the same website. Therefore action taking for the remaining village FMBs already computerized, will be uploaded early in the website.
The Town land records of Pudukkottai and Aranthangi Municipalities and Natham land records of all taluks covering in Pudukkottai district are computerized. Action has been taken to upload the data in the website early.
Public can view and take printout for their land details from the website http://eservices.tn.gov.in through their computers and mobile phones which available internet facility. And also public can apply their patta transfer applications from the Common Service Centre created by the Government in the urban and rural areas with the fee of 50 rupees. All the patta transfers are applying online only. The officers who are monitoring the work and their responsibilities is given below.
